Membership Terms

Draft. This page is a structured template and must be completed and reviewed by a qualified legal advisor before launch.

1. Who you contract with

The Grand Quarter is operated by [to be added]. Contact: [to be added].

Payment and access are handled through Whop, which provides the checkout, billing, and membership management. Whop's own terms apply to its services.Needs legal review: who the seller of record is (the operator or Whop), and how the two sets of terms relate.

2. Joining

  • Before checkout, members answer two short questions: what they are currently building or working on, and what they would like to contribute. The answers are not reviewed; membership starts when checkout is completed.
  • The operator may temporarily review applications by a person before a membership is offered. The joining page says so while this applies.

Members must be at least 18 years old.

Needs legal review: minimum age.

3. Prices and billing

There is one membership. It costs €19/month, billed monthly in advance through Whop until cancelled. There is no joining fee. The price shown on the checkout page applies. VAT: [to be added]

Needs legal review: VAT treatment, and the conditions under which prices may change for existing members.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your Whop account. Cancelling stops future payments.

Needs legal review: when access ends after cancellation (confirm Whop's setting for this plan), notice periods and refund policy under EU and German rules for consumer subscriptions.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. Withdrawal instructions and the model withdrawal form: [to be added]

Needs legal review: full withdrawal instructions, the model form, and how members request immediate access to a digital service during the withdrawal period.

6. Community access

Your membership gives you access to the private community spaces connected to it, managed through Whop. When your membership ends, that access ends. Sessions, workshops, and challenges are offered as described on the website and may change as the community develops. The Grand Quarter does not promise particular business results.

7. Conduct

Members agree to the community guidelines. Serious or repeated breaches can lead to removal from the community and termination of the membership.

Needs legal review: termination for cause and what happens to fees already paid.

8. Liability and changes to these terms

Liability and the procedure for changing these terms: [to be added]
